What happens after the PMCs era started

PMCs were ever a fact in International Relations, from the colonialism period, merchants, neo-colonialism and nowadays conflicts got a boom for the hire and contract of private companies to promote hybrid warfare. The other fact is that warfare changed but the Private hiring doesn't.

Once mercenaries were adventurers from conflicts, war criminals, legionaires and war dogs that searched for new conflicts to make money, nowadays there is a payment for training and contract for fight asymmetric scenarios under escorts, direct conflicts, maritime security and other subjects.

PMCs lately changed the politics of wars in many ways, by public contracts and a norm in International Relations about the use of mercenaries, that are not the same style of mercenarism in the past, but under business model, with different paradigm of contract and operations.

In general clandestine operations are promoted by shadow companies that are able to do the mission hiring special operative personnel and the company closes its activities. Blackwater changed a lot the warfare style in the War on Terror and now Wagner Group used asymmetric and dynamic doctrine to promote hybrid capability from a total warfare to psyops and sabotage, promoting intern and international security.

Future operations will joint cybernetic warfare and small operations, and promoted a new model of enlistment. Public forces in general invest in Special Operations, and the logistics, direct combat, infantry support, they outsource to private armies with high capability to support them.
