Control Risks Group and the great analytical eye for the Brazilian problems... worldwide shame to us!
One of the greatest consultancy group called Control Risks is making a very great work analysing world wide political and violent problems, specially in places where there is a crescent violence in population and corruption, because these kind of places the risks of investments are eminent.
Sometimes I think brazilian people are less informed about brazilian politics than other countries' analysts about brazilian politics. I took some images about their analisys.
Brazil was also considere medium risk, considered the daily capability of growing violence, cellphones and bus assault are growing more than 60% per year, the risk of kidnap are still medium.
Not considering, I imagine, the blitzkrieg kidnap, just doing for some minutes in charge of bank account money, or menace of the victim by cellphone, in charge of money transfers.
Well Political risks I still think is the highest level nowadays, but still Control Risks put this as medium risk, I can imagine it's world wide comparing, so we are still lower comparing to Midle East or Africa, but we are economically broken and that's the point I think could be higher than the analized.
The political problem causes a complete destroy of the basis of society, so after break it economically, we can assume for sure that in Rio de Janeiro the public contracts are not getting payed, and public workers are now without salary per months, and it's getting worst. School teachers and police are not receiving for their work.
It degenerates the society, and become a snowball. Tha's why I think violence risks could be higher level, looking not for a newar future, but comparing the numbers to last year's numbers.

By the terrorism map of 2014, Brazil is 2-4 impact suffered in terrorist attacks. It's a great position still, not for being low, but for Brazil still don't have a legislation and specification of "what is terrorism". So following map is showing that Brazil is suffering direct attacks, not whole country, but specific places.

It's not a good level for our capability and ressources, even the financial capability. But it's a very corrupt country and uncertain in political situation, that reflects into economy, society, specially security and education.
Brazil's Senate to decide
The impeachment drive will now move to the Senate, where a separate vote could see Rousseff suspended for six months pending an investigation and trial, handing over the presidency to Vice President Michel Temer for the duration of the proceedings.
A raucous debate preceded the vote, with lawmakers from both sides of the aisle interrupting the debate with patriotic anthems or singing parodies about Brazil's first female president.
The political showdown was broadcast live on television to the country of 204 million, with popular TV shows and football games being cancelled to air the vote.
The opposition's drive to impeach Dilma has been described by her and her supporters as a "coup.""The fight is going to continue now in the streets and in the federal Senate," said Jose Guimaraes, who leads the Workers' Party in the lower house. "We lost because the coup-mongers were stronger."

Vision of humanity describes the attacks in the west as the Lone Wolf Attacks. In Rio there was an attack of a guy in a public school, done by himself. It's a common crime in Brazil, like kidnaps, rapes and knife assaults, but not considered terrorim, because legislation here cannot describe two penalties for one similar act.
The reflect of the political situation here is the growing number of violence and low capability of solutions.
