South America became a probable proxy between Russia and USA, with a Sino-Russian cooperation in Venezuela and Argentina and facing the geo-strategical cooperation between Trump and the Brazilian Government in South, promoting a dispute in territory for the influence and possible military race in South Atlantic.

There are satelites operating in the South America and controling the information and the mapping the whole continent and also, mercenary activities and geo-strategic contractors to operate in borders of Amazon Forest, Andes and Venezuelan Borders with Brazil and Colombia to promote the legitimacy of the leadership in region, specialy after the upheaval in Venezuela, the situation comes to a boiling point constantly.

The declarations of Brazilian president, Bolsonaro, and the U.S. president, Trump, in support to the opposition in Venezuela puts Argentina to a pool table with the local bases for the Chinese and Russian governments and their geo-stratical presence, as Argentina cannot support Venezuela. Also, Russia are trying to contour the situation with diplomatic conversations to USA and try to make a legal proccess of transfer of power to the opposition, as the upheaval is harmful to countries like Russia because of the ethnic conflicts and separatist groups.

Brazilian also has a harsh speech in pro-USA government, that makes difficult scenario to a dialogue between the countries that unfollow the USA politician at all. 

The Sino-Russian cooperation is a close connection from the Atlantic and closse the transit to Pacific, and make a belt of protection to their geo-strategic presence, closing also the connection between USA and South America, with military presence and power demonstration.

Tendencies are going to an arm race again and the power projection comes to a high technological level operating together special units and mercenaries to promote upheaval and unrest.

It's a level of offensive neo-realism that comes to the Revolution in Military Affairs and the failing politics of USA by the previous governments, are causing this instability, that made Trump also promote a possible dialogue to Cuba, promoting economic-strategic cooperation to the Island in propsal on Cuba leaves the support to Venezuela.

This dialogue becomes hash when the exchange of a defamatory information are spread in the media, asserting the Cuba is sending guerrilla warfare to Venezuela and Cuba, ancient alied to Russia, is denying the information, and the Russia is making pressure in South America to prevent the military operations in Venezuela by USA.

BUENOS AIRES, August 22. /TASS/. Law enforcement agencies of Russia and Argentina will expand cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking, organized crime and terrorism, Argentine Minister of Security Patricia Bullrich has said.

"We will expand cooperation in all areas that cause concern of our states," she told Russian reporters in Buenos Aires.

Among areas of potential cooperation she named "terrorism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, Russian mafia’s activities in Argentina and Argentine mafia’s activities in Russia."

"The idea is to expand cooperation so that our citizens could live in a more secure environment," she said, adding that Argentine and Russian law enforcement agencies widely cooperated during preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and the tournament itself.

"Right now we are preparing for the G20 summit. The assistance that Russia can provide is very important to us," the minister said.

Russia’s recently appointed ambassador to Buenos Aires, Dmitry Feoktistov, said on August 9 that he had submitted to Argentine Foreign Minister Jorge Faurie a Russia-drafted intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the fight against terrorism and hoped that it would be signed without delay. Besides, Russia and Argentina are also negotiating an agreement on cybersecurity.

MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Russia and Argentina are committed to close and constructive cooperation on both the bilateral basis and within the UN and the Group of Twenty (G20), Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday opening the exhibition of archival materials of the Russian and Argentine Foreign Ministries to mark 150 years of consular relations between the two countries.

"Today, relations between Russia and Argentina have reached the level of comprehensive strategic partnership," the minister said. "We note mutual willingness to continue close constructive interaction in a variety of formats, both through bilateral channels and on multilateral platforms, above all, in the UN and the Group of Twenty, with Argentina taking over as G20 chair next year."

According to Russia’s top diplomat, contacts between the two countries’ capitals, primarily in the humanitarian sphere, are developing steadily. "Some very important agreements were reached by the decision of the authorities in Buenos Aires and Moscow. Russian Federation Square was solemnly unveiled in Buenos Aires a month ago, while Argentine Republic Park will appear in Moscow soon," Lavrov noted.
