Comparing the F-35 to SU-57 - Turkey and Russian joint military/commercial complex

According to the military specialist Andrei Frolov to the Russian News Izvestia - Известия - the american 5ª generation F-35 Lightning II is like an 'iPhone' compared to the Russian SU-57. He considers the F-35 is more digital, that make it vulnerable. The analogy to the smartphone can be a kind of useless toy without a current connection to the cloud and the constant regular updates.

Frolov also affirms that the manufacturer can block the uptades, the softwares and make the F-35 a disposable. The capability of SU-57 is secret, and also, not so digital, according to him. Even if it was so 'digital' the probability of a block scenario of software would be far from happen, for Russia never appealed to an unilateral seizure of weapons to preassure the manufacturers.

For Frolov, the F-35 is an universal aircraft - for ground, air and sea and navy forces - affecting the specificities of the use of aircraft.

Before Frolov, the specialist Aleksei Leonkov had already commented the main qualities between both jets. He concluded that the American F-35 is a light aircraft that don't have the super-maneuverability, making the SU-57 a better option for an aereal combat.
