A 'Chavizt' General is going against Marudo's government - The split of Bolivarianism in Venezuela

The problem of the Venezuela is that, the corruptive government took the power through the economic to the military projections and than, the socio-politico projection became subdued to the executive.

The actors of corruption became so predominant that society was blamed just to think. From Chavez the history was erased from Bolivar to the Chavez government, and prohibited to teach about the history of the country. 

Maduro became the continuation of the chavist government proposing a bigger distance from the society, promoting a democracy based on fear and uncapability of denial. With a weak society, starve, under constant fear, the population could no longer request for their rights.

In the book of Political Ponerology, Lobaczewski refers to this psycho-social disorder as an "essential psychopathy" to distinguish them from others with deficits in their genetic/instinctual endowment, essential psychopathy being the most severe and disturbing. Psychopathy is a phenomenon that appears in society by the power and its projection through the mind of those who have it. That's why centralized government has governors uncapable to feel the essence of the needs of society.

Lobaczewski identifies two types of ponerogenic associations:

• The Primary ponerogenic associations are those that were originally formed and designed to benefit its founding members using illicit (evil) means.
• The secondary ponerogenic associations are groups founded with an independent and attractive social ideal, but which later succumb to moral degeneration.

Governments, ideologies, and religions are institutions founded by people whose lack of awareness of specific psychological realities and other moral failings leave them open to covert infection and subsequent take-over by those without conscience. The fact that these institutions have been in existence and have a long-standing tradition has allowed them to acquire a much greater membership and notoriety.

Normal members of such a group naively protect such deviant behavior, not realizing it is the work of deviants. Its pathology remains hidden by those who do not wish to see it objectively. Justifications and prepared ideologies are promulgated; subconscious selection and substitution take place, and the pathology is effectively cloaked behind a mask of sanity. Those who belong to ‘the party’ will label the opposition as pacifists, socialists, liberals or terrorists, or whichever label is most effective in order to invalidate their criticism. Unfortunately the government will only become more pathological in its behavior and egotistical toward other nations until the deviant psychological aspects are either purged or destroy themselves. 

The idealistic dreams of reforming the world, to they cannot see the results or implications of their plans, for exemple they must kill millions for their views of a better world. And this psychopathy goes on to the case of Maduro, to see the population starve and goes to the most expensive restaurant in world.

Part of this psychopathy is caused by the polarization of the idea, and defend particularities through the general. The scope of evil does not respect any boundaries of race, doctrine, or ideology. All races carry the genes, and all schools of thought are susceptible to their influence. These pathological factors that influence behavior form a complex web. It is only in such a web that the "environmental evil" wherein circumstances can influence a normal person to commit harmful acts can be understood.

The idea is that the formation of a genetic evil consists in the moral factor. In this case, an ideological cause that they judge to be moralistic better.

Of 5000 psychotic, neurotic and healthy patients, Lobaczewski identified 384 (7.7%) who caused serious harm (physical and/or emotional) to others. Some of these had been penalized for their actions and some had been protected by Communist government of the time.

For exemple, to promote equality through point the differences and give rights to some group, taking from the others. It's the logic of divide and conquer.

Contrary to the common moralistic interpretation of evil actions ("evil consists of making evil choices"), and also contrary to legal systems which views psychopaths as sane and thus responsible for their actions, the vast majority (85%) of these 384 individuals showed psychopathological factors influencing their behavior.


It is likely that, without these factors present, the harmful actions would not have taken place. These psychological factors limit the subject's ability to control their actions. In this sense, a moralistic interpretation to psychopathic behavior is fundamentally flawed.

In the case of devotion to the nation, military elite becomes divided, once based on the historical nationalism, based on forefathers fights and other based on economic needs and salary. What causes a slit in the country security and a security dilema to the government.

One part is that Maduro finances militias and criminal activities to promote his own needs and security guarantee. Other part is that Venezuelan armed forces are capable to long range actions and is very well armed, specialy to borders security and a local warfare.

But other elite of the military dome promotes a slit in the government and military support, requesting that even the tradition of Chavez was betrayed by the crazyness of Maduro. The Chavist general Ramon Rangel became a new subersor of the Bolivarianism in country, affirming that the Bolivarianism rooted was betrayed, the Chavez's ideal was betrayed to the name not of the nation, but the governor and, even Chavist, he decided to support Guaidó, that is opposition ideologically, but preaches the nationalist roots and tradition.

This slit shows that even the socialist parties has an ideological divergence and with a third part on this chaotic scenario, must see how the armed forces will be positioned, obedient to the government or to it's direct command.

The government keeps on promoting the idea of misinformation, accusing every opositor as traitor of the whole nation, not only a simple oposition.

CARACAS (Reuters) - A Venezuelan general called on the country’s armed forces on Sunday to rise up against President Nicolas Maduro, who has relied on the backing of the military to hold on to power despite an economic collapse.

Ramon Rangel, who identified himself as an air force general, said the Venezuelan government is being controlled by the “communist dictatorship” in Cuba - a key Maduro ally.

“We have to find a way to get rid of the fear, to go out into the streets, to protest, and to seek a military union to change this political system,” Rangel, dressed in a suit with a copy of the constitution in his hand, said in a video posted on YouTube. “It’s time to rise up.”

While Rangel’s pronouncement marks another blow to Maduro after a handful of similar defections by senior officers this year, there is little to indicate that he will tip the scales.

Officers who have disavowed Maduro have fled the country and the military top brass - most notably those who command troops - continues to recognize Maduro.

The information ministry did not respond immediately to a request for comment. Reuters was also unable to obtain comment from Rangel.

Air Force Commander Pedro Juliac posted a picture of Rangel on Twitter on Sunday with the words “traitor to the Venezuelan people and the revolution” printed across the image.

Rangel was an active military officer who fled to Colombia last month, according to a source close to Venezuela’s military who asked not to be identified.

Unlike other officers who have made similar pronouncements, Rangel did not voice support for Juan Guaido - the opposition leader who invoked the constitution in January to assume the interim presidency, arguing that Maduro’s 2018 re-election was a fraud.

More than 50 nations, including the United States and most South American nations, call Guaido Venezuela’s legitimate leader. Guaido and a group of soldiers called on the armed forces on April 30 to turn on Maduro, but the military never joined and the uprising collapsed. The government called the event a coup attempt and accused a group of 10 opposition legislators of treason for joining rallies that day.

Venezuela is suffering a hyperinflationary collapse that has fueled a migration exodus of some 3.5 million people in the past three years.
