Russian Hybrid advantage to West... Private Military Companies and the New Cold War

Ukraine became the perfect scenario to the opening of a new warfare, against the ultranationalist men of Azov, far away the biggest security defense of Ukaine and the most paramount mercenary group in the World.

Also - Azov is returning the idea of the ideological mercenarism, different from the private military in general.

The information is that there are lot of mercenary personal in Kyiv and Syria fighting for Russia and helping pro-Russia militias, in the combat actions against the nationalist forces and the pro-NATO groups.

In Ukraine, the Donetsk is the liberated by the use of irregular nationalist forces, but it's the counterpart of Russia to organize the connection with the occupied area and utilize the private forces to open a local conflict against the small militias.

Most of the PMC militants who fought against Ukraine were later sent by the Russian Government and the Russian Special Services to Syria to promote local warfare and promote civil unrest, as a part of the Russian resolution for small conflicts and promotion of sovereignty.

According to the Russian authorities the mercenaries have nothing in common with local crimes, promoted by small units and rebel groups.

The independent Conflict Intelligence Team (CITeam) investigates the Russian losses in Syria, discovering posts in social media. Their finds include losses sustained by PMC Wagner. The team discovered that in August and September alone, 9 “Wagner” mercenaries from Russia and beyond were killed fighting in Syria. At least two more mercenaries perished in Syria in October.

The proxy scenario is becoming the use of the private forces and idealists against the rebels and other private forces, promotion of unrest, than as important as the conflict itself, the promotion of the solution for the local problems and the solution on the small wars and crimes.

The analysis hybrid pro-Kremlin in Moscow comes to publish a report that traces the insidious connection between Russian oligarchs and western researchers institutions.

Taken in te context of the Kremlin's relentless pursuio propaganda on spread fake news and cyber terrorism, the political interferance vis-à-vis in western nations.

According to the western scholars, the new coverage betrays the continuous politics on Kremlin that desire to instil fear and confusion. For the eastern political analists the cause is that the use of propaganda to spread non-global coverage and the promotion of equality between the nations, with the military proposal of a new order, different from that globalist philantropy.

The western spread the idea of the doubt within the European public as well, the Russian population, and promote politics in own favour. Not being negative, but politician is all the same, it's not sure to demonize the politics from Ukraine of Russia, nor Syria, if the Western politics do the same globalist interference on world's politics, that's ths strategy of Neocon, for exemple.

This promotion has the primal objective on projecting itself not as the aggressor but rather the innocent and unfairly maligned victim of sanctions, NATO enlargement, and other forms of Western ‘hostility’ and ‘aggression’.

Three largest Russian militant training facilities identified
http://euromaidanpress.com/2018/06/16/three-largest-russian-militant-training-facilities-identified/

After the Wagner disaster in Syria, Russian and Western journalists reported about its training facility near Molkino where members of that “private” armed grouping were trained. But the Ukrainian portal Obozrevatel observes that “it would be naïve” to assume that there is only one such site in Russia and points to the existence of three more.

In the shadowy world of which such facilities are a part, this report should be treated as indicative rather than definitive; but it provides some important clues on where Moscow is currently training mercenaries and even terrorists whose existence it can often successfully deny.

The first of these is the Wolf International Center for Special Training which has branches “not only in Russia but also in Hungary, Serbia, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Greece and Taiwan,” according to its website, Obozrevatel says. The head of this group is Denis Ryauzov, a military man who in June 2017 was included on the US sanctions list.

The second is the Kadyrov Center in Gudermes, Chechnya. It came into existence in 2015 after Ramzan Kadyrov declared that he would open “’the most up-to-date international center’ for the preparation of special forces.” Kadyrov said it would train “not only people from Chechnya but from throughout Russia.”

And the third is the Partisan Center in St. Petersburg. In contrast to the heads of the other centers, Obozrevatel says, Denis Vasilyev, the head of the Partisan Center, “does not conceal the fact that he is preparing militants for war in the eastern part of Ukraine,” not surprising since he himself fought for the pro-Moscow forces there.

According to some sources, the Ukrainian site says, the Partisan Center has already prepared some 400 people to be dispatched for such service.

These three are only the largest and most prominent. There are numerous other centers across the Russian Federation including in Pskov, Taganrog, Shakhty and even in Moscow oblast, Obozrevatel continues.

Moscow’s private military companies continue to be a serious threat in Ukraine

Well-paid private military companies are an increasingly important component of Moscow’s strategy in the Donbas and elsewhere providing the Kremlin with a serious force that it can use as it likes and then plausibly deny whenever that suits its purposes, according to RFE’s Andrey Dikhtyarenko.

Among the many such Russian companies are Wagner, MAR, E.N.O.T. Corp, and the Slavyansky korpus, whose mercenaries make from 2500 to 6,000 US dollars a month, far more than Russian soldiers are paid and thus at least in principle far more ready to do whatever they are ordered to against non-Russians or against insubordinate Russian forces.

Private military companies, Russian military commentator Pavel Felgenhauer says, are “cheaper and less responsible. The defense ministry can always say: we know nothing about them; these are not our losses.” And in times of confusion, many will accept that rather than asking the important questions about who pays such firms and thus who controls them.

But these enterprises do not always turn out well. Sometimes the mercenaries talk too much or run afoul of powerful groups within the Donbas militants or the Russian power structures there themselves. In such cases, Dikhtyarenko says, serious retribution may follow and the mercenaries may land in jail or worse.

That outcome, however, is more the exception than the rule. According to Felgenhauer, these private military companies are now in almost all cases well-integrated into the chain of command of the Moscow forces in the Donbas. Indeed, he says, they represent a clearly defined “hybrid structure.”

Such mercenaries may become a serious problem in the future if Moscow changes course. In that event, they could split with the other Russian forces there and even fall victim to Russian laws prohibiting independent military actions – or alternatively, they could be used by Moscow to maintain pressure on Ukraine even as the Kremlin denied that it was doing so.
